How do I care for my items?

Our products have been processed to remove most residual dye, so it should be safe to wash with your regular clothes, though you could try adding dye catcher sheets to the first few washes if you are concerned.

Do you offer refunds?

No. All sales are final.

What is your return policy?

We do not accept returns.

How long does it take to ship my order?

Ordered items ship together, so within a few days of your last item being available.

Can I order for a group or an event?

Yes! We offer an option to order multiple of the same options. Please note that every tie-dye is unique, so even with the same options, the items will not be identical.

Do I need an account?

Accounts are a completely optional part of the experience. We think they improve the experience, but we understand if you don't want one.

Why should I sign up?

Easily view your order history and access to your cart across devices.

Can I delete my account?

You can delete your account at any time. The option is in our user dashboard.

I originally bought some tie-dyes as a guest, but now I want to make an account. How do I do this?

Simply sign up using the email you used at checkout, and your orders will be found automatically.

What is a premade?

Premade items are tie-dyes we have made that do not belong to any order. This could mean they were prototypes for our offerings, or that we simply made them for fun!

Why would I choose a premade over a custom?

These items are sold "as is" but are ready to ship.

Why choose a custom?

You choose the base item to dye, a design, and some general colors and we'll figure out the rest.

How are customs priced?

Custom prices are calculated based on the base item being dyed to keep it nice and simple.

Can I see my custom tie-dyes before they ship?

Yes! You'll be notified of a 24 hour review window for each item to see how it turned out. If you're not satisfied, you may request an item be re-dyed.

This can only be done once per item, as the dye is not completely removed during this process. You may see remnants of the old dye on re-dyed tie-dyes.

How long does it take to make a custom tie-dye?

Some items can be dyed and ready in 24 hours, but may take up to 72 hours depending on a variety of factors such as available stock, how busy we are, and the weather.
